DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION -

The Business Case

  • One-day or multi-day course based on research I led for the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, including a published white paper and workshop

  • Topic: Diversity and inclusion are crucial and increasingly timely topics around the world. There are critical social justice arguments to be made in favor of increasing D&I - but there are business arguments, as well. This course explores the links between diversity, inclusion, innovation, and productivity, covering such controversial but critical topics as gender, race and ethnicity, and sexual orientation. Participants are required to review this highly topical subject from a variety of perspectives, looking at research and corporate cases, to understand the issue more fully and develop a strategy for their own organizations.

  • Readings include consulting studies, academic and media articles
